Shipping Policies
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the shipping
department for fulfillment. It will be filled and shipped
within two business days. We will notify you via email if
there is a problem. If you do not hear from us, you may assume
that your order was processed.
Daily order Cut-off time is 11am, Mountain time.
Any order placed between 1pm Friday and 1 pm Monday will ship
on Monday.
If you need Saturday delivery, FedEx charges us an additional
$18.95, which we must pass on to you. To order Saturday Delivery,

No Products Will Be Shipped to P.O. Boxes
DiabetesStore.Com will not process orders to P.O. Boxes. All
customers must have a valid billing and shipping address in
order to receive products from DiabetesStore.Com.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping
address. Incorrect addresses result in a $10 fee by FedEx.
If FedEx must correct your address, this fee will be added
to your charge card.
Refund and Exchange Policy
DiabetesStore.Com has a 30 Day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
You may return any un-opened packages for a complete refund,
or exchange. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for
any reason and would like to request a refund, please send
an e-mail to customerservice@diabetesstore.com
for a full refund. In some cases, a 10% restocking fee may
apply.
