2. Shipping Policies
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the shipping department for fulfillment. It will be filled and shipped within two business days. We will notify you via email if there is a problem. If you do not hear from us, you may assume that your order was processed.
Daily order Cut-off time is 11am, Mountain time.
Any order placed between 11am Friday and 11am Monday will ship on Monday.
If you need Saturday delivery, you must call us at 1-877-391-1550 to make your request. FedEx charges an additional $18.95 for Saturday delivery.

We can not Ship via FedEx to P.O. Boxes
DiabetesStore.Com can not ship expedited orders to P.O. Boxes. All customers must have a valid billing and shipping address in order to receive products from DiabetesStore.Com.
Most of our standard shipping is by US Priority Mail.
Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses result in a $10 fee by FedEx. If FedEx must correct your address, this fee will be added to your charge card.
FedEx charges an additional fee for Saturday Delivery. To choose Saturday Delivery, you must choose Next Business Day delivery as your shipping Option.
3. Refund and Exchange Policy
DiabetesStore.Com has a 30 Day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return any un-opened packages for a complete refund, or exchange. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to request a refund, please send an e-mail to email@example.com for a full refund, including shipping charges.
